Technical Support
Our technical support team complements our operations with services ranging from inspection of materials at the source and throughout the supply chain all the way to final documentation. The team includes NDE level II certified engineers and welding specialists for technical support and quality control at all stages of our value chain. This includes initial inspection during fabrication, coordination with material testing laboratories, vendor document management, and post-sales service to ensure delivery of the highest quality products to our customers at all times.
The department is equipped with the latest calibration, monitoring, and measuring equipment, including an XRF PMI machine. The department also keeps a technical library of international norms, end-user specifications, and relevant technical literature for use in traceable material test-certification management.
